A15. The requirement for vitamin B6 in the diet is proportional to the level of protein consumption ranging from 1.4 – 2.0 mg/day for a normal adult. Following are the dietary sources of Vitamin B-6: High: 1000-10,000mcg/100g Walnut, peanut, wheat germ, brown rice, yeast, liver (Beef), herring, and Salmon.
