There is no background, you receive your design cut in the vinyl with a clear transfer tape on top. After you apply the decal where you want it, you then remove the tape and leave only the vinyl behind. Decal(s) can be cut in any one of the following colors: Your decal(s) will be cut in the default color listed in the auction unless you specify your alternate color choice in the notes to seller.
