How does DHL SpeedBooking work? Call your local DHL Customer Service Number and input the access code. Now you only need two pieces of information: • Your DHL Account Number (beginning ’13’ only) • The time your shipment will be ready DHL SpeedBooking sends a pick-up request to your closest DHL courier, based on pre-set collection details linked to your account number.
