What is Devon Energys “Minimum Suspense” policy?
Royalty payments may be deferred to a later payment date until the amount owed reaches a threshold. This threshold is called the “minimum suspense amount.” When the amount owed reaches $100.00, the royalty payment is processed. Effective 2008, in May of each year, all funds totaling $10.00 or more will be released from “minimum suspense.
