Requirements for a teaching job in Thailand and to hold a work permit to teach is that you have a college degree in Teaching or a college degree in any other area and completion of a TESOL. You may find some schools or agency that will hire you without a work permit which of course is illegal. Then you will not be qualified for a work permit or a visa to work and must find other means to stay in Thailand like Tourist visas and visa runs. In recent years Thailand has been changes the visa rules to make it harder to stay here without the proper visa.
