Deductive reasoning is coming to a conclusion which is drawn from a logical set of information and involves no abstract thought. Think going big to little; from lots of information to a single conclusion. Information: The man has gray hair, wrinkles, is bald, and has many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Conclusion: The man is old.
