What is DDNS? Why is it so important to have DDNS support in IP Camera?
DDNS is an abbreviation for Dynamic Domain Name Server, is a service allowing users to alias their dynamic IP address to a static domain name. Once configured, the camera will update the static domain name with the current IP address of your Internet connection. This allows for easy access to your camera without needing to check your Dynamic IP address. This feature is less expensive than having a static IP address and is more flexible.
