What is DART?
DART is short for Development of Antiretroviral Therapy in Africa.It is a randomized trial of monitoring practices in the management of antiretroviral therapy in adults with HIV infection in Africa. Its is being carried out in three centres in Africa with two sites in Uganda in Entebbe and Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC), and the other site in Harare, Zimbabwe.
