What is Dancing with the Stars?
Dancing with the Stars is based on the BBC show “Strictly Come Dancing” shown in the UK. It pairs celebrities with professional dancers, with one celebrity being voted off each week. It is hosted by Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris and has a panel of three judges – Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Head Judge, Len Goodwin.
Dancing With the Stars is a great show on ABC Tuesdays nights starting at 8pm. It is a tribute to the talent of ballroom dancing. It offers the chance for Celebrities without formal ballroom dance training to pair up with professional dancers and learn to perform the ballroom dances live. The show gives great advice on ballroom dancing and offers some excellent performances. It shows that someone can learn to dance and how tough it is to perfect the very particular dance steps. The competition ends with a final winner and there is a very tough road to get to that spot.
