What is DanceSport BC?
DanceSport BC regulates and governs dancesport competitions in British Columbia. We also encourage and promote amateur sport dancing by representing the interests of social and competitive dancers. Information Requirements: • Date and location of event • Number of dance couples requested • Music system provided or required Demonstration Requirements: • Dance floor dimensions (Min 20’ X 20’ for Standard and Min 10’ X 10’ for Latin) • Dressing Room • Hardwood flooring preferable • Water * All monies received for demonstration couples are deposited to a trust fund, to be used to further their dancing careers.
