I got hit too! If you call this toll free number: 1-866-989-2683 you can get them to stop the recurring monthly charges. They will NOT refund you $9.95 that they have charged you already, but can stop it before the next month comes along. My wife bought something on-line and she was told that she was also receiving a 14 day free trial period for this: CW-IDENTITY SECURITY, she didn’t say no and forgot to cancel before the 14 days. You bought something on-line and the sales person told you that qualified for a free 14 day trial of this crap. When you call them, they can tell you what it was you ordered. Don’t delay or you’ll be charged again!
