What is Cuse Care?
‘Cuse Care takes the hassle out of getting your computer serviced. If you purchase your Dell or Apple notebook through the Bookstore and your computer hardware fails while still under manufacturer’s warranty, you are automatically covered by Syracuse University’s ‘Cuse Care. With ‘Cuse Care, there is no charge for parts or labor regardless of whether the parts are field or user replaceable. Simply take your computer to one of the conveniently located student computing support centers on campus (Life Sciences Building or Goldstein Computing Lab). We have certified technicians who will diagnose the problem and either complete the repair themselves or return it to the manufacturer for repair for you. We will also return any defective parts to the manufacturer for you. Once repaired, we will contact you to pick up your computer at the same location you turned it in.
