It is unlawful for a person less than eighteen (18) years of age (the “child”) to be present at any public assembly or in any public building, park, sidewalk, street or highway or other public place: a. Between ten thirty o’clock (10:30) P.M. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, and six o’clock (6:00) A.M. on the following day; b. Between eleven thirty o’clock (11:30) P.M. on Friday and six o’clock (6:00) A.M. on Saturday; and c. Between eleven thirty o’clock (11:30) P.M. on Saturday and six o’clock (6:00) A.M. on Sunday.
