What is CTR groups procedure when a temporary associate does not work out?
Our Professional Recruiters contact supervisors to make sure that an associate’s work performance is satisfactory. When an employer notifies us of unsatisfactory performance during the first day of assignment, we do not charge for that day. Thereafter, if a temporary associate proves unsatisfactory for any reason, we will replace the employee. We will also discuss appropriate credit whenever an associate’s work is unacceptable according to your performance standards.
