What is CTools?
CTools is a web-based course platform that can be used by learners to view videos, narrated presentations, view PDFs turn in assignments, and complete course work, such as pre- or post-tests. CTools also provides a platform for instructors and students to communicate with each other using tools such as Discussion boards and Chat Rooms. The University of Michigan hosts CTools.
