What is cross-cultural coaching?
It is increasingly common for companies and individuals to operate in international environments, working with team members or clients originating from different cultural backgrounds. We combine traditional personal performance coaching with cross-cultural insight ensuring that people new to a different cultural environments adapt more effectively, multi-cultural teams operate more cohesively and managers of expatriate talent understand how to get best performance from those individuals.We firmly believe that ‘one size’ does not fit all. Traditional ‘Western’ coaching methodologies and approaches are highly effective but fail to take into account cultural difference. Our approach is highly unique in that it is adaptive to all aspects of our clients’ preferences, crucially including cultural nuances.
