• Criterion (i) expresses the IJC intention that monthly mean levels above elevation 75.07 meters (246.3 feet- IGLD 1985) not occur more frequently with regulation than would have occurred prior to the project with the same water supplies. This has, in fact, occurred. Criterion (i) keeps water levels from being maintained near the top of the regulation range.
