What is Creative Visualization (CV)?
Creative Visualization (CV), also known as visual imagery can be simply defined as a programmed and conscious creation of mental sense impressions for the purpose of changing yourself. In other words, it is a way to create a reality you want to materialize in the future through the use of mental movies or images. Besides mental pictures, you can also create mental sounds, smells, sensations of temperature, and so on. The more senses you involve in the creation of your new reality, the stronger the effectiveness of your visualization will be. For example, lets say your goal is to make national convention, which will be held in San Diego. Every morning, when you wake up, you visualize yourself in San Diego as part of the national convention elite.
