All Crane Song units are warrantied for life! Crane Song will cover all parts and labor if the problem is due to either a part and/or craftsmanship related problem. Here are the conditions: The unit must be registered first. You must be the first registered owner of the unit. It is Crane Song’s policy to issue a RMA for all units returning for service. Please call or e-mail to get a RMA before returning any unit to Crane Song for service.
