What is covered by the 2-10 HBW warranty?
It depends on the particular warranty coverage your builder or manufacturer has chosen.* The 2-10 Warranty covers workmanship and material through year one, major mechanical systems through year two and qualified structural defects (as defined in the warranty booklet) through year ten. The 10 year only warranty covers qualified structural defects (as defined in the warranty booklet) through year ten. Only 2-10 HBW provides a full menu of warranty coverage and choices.
