What is Council’s current position in assessing and determining DAs affected by draft DCP 118 prior to its adoption?

0

While draft DCP 118 is not a lawful Section 79c consideration until it is adopted, Council is required to consider the impact of sea level rise on coastal hazards now and therefore cannot ignore the studies undertaken and the new hazard lines (SMEC Studies), adopted by Council on 28 July 2009.
