What is COSTAC and what does it do?
COSTAC is the Conejo Open Space Trails Advisory Committee. It was formed in 1989. The purpose of this committee is to act in an advisory capacity to the COSCA board of directors, review issues and make recommendations regarding the design, implementation, construction, maintenance, and regulations of the open space and trail systems. The nine member committee is composed of three hikers, three mountain bikers and three equestrians who are appointed by the COSCA board for three-year terms.
