What is CORRUPTs “on the job training” concept?
Our commitment is that anyone who works with us will receive training in real-world skills including Information Technology, translation and copywriting, promotions, project management and academic learning in philosophy, art and literature. When someone comes on board, they are given simple tasks and as they succeed moved up the ladder to the point at which they can develop, lead and refine a project. Many of our staff members have gone on to different careers thanks to skills they have learned from our core team of experts in languages, computer programming, internet and system administration and copyediting. We reward anyone who can join us, intuit what must be done, and make working successes — even if not in final, idealized form — of the tasks we have set before ourselves.
