Corporate Real estate has the responsibility for real estate owned by the corporation. Facilities management has responsibility for anything to do with the building facilities(hvac, heat, water, carpets, paint, repairs, lawn care etc…etc… Asset management is managing the assets and estate management is the management of an estate.
