A member of this team will call you in the event of a line outage. We ping the IP address of your router in 5-minute intervals. Normal response can be expected after the third cycle (15 minutes). We will take the necessary steps to get your line up, including contacting your site’s line vendor in the event of telephone company troubles, provided the circuit is owned by Verizon. If Verizon is experiencing a major outage that affects more than ten customers simultaneously, we will contact you as time permits.
