What is Copy Forward and why do I have to use it?
The Copy Forward function within FederalReporting.gov links individual reports from one quarter to the next quarter. If a report is not linked, it may be duplicated in Recovery.gov, causing an award to be counted twice. Chapter 10 of the User Guide gives detailed instruction for using the Copy Forward feature. Download the entire guide from the FederalReporting.gov Downloads page.
