Contract Caterers are large catering companies such as Sodexo which employ Chefs and other catering employees. If a business or a factory require catering facilities and do not want to set it up themselves, the contractors run it for them. Sodexo run the catering in all the MOD bases. If you join one of these companies you can be moved anywhere they need you, and if there is no work there is no pay. Its as good a catering job as anywhere else these days.
