What is continuous training
There are a couple of different types of continuous training. The first is for athletes when training where they use 60-80% of their energy for at least 30 minutes three or four times a week. This is a great workout for tennis players and runners. The second is more closely related to business where you continuously train your employees on your products. This allows organizations who may have a large product line to keep their customer service and sales representatives knowledgeable about the products, the benefits and the differences. This ensures that they can meet what the customers needs are. Meeting customer needs reduces churn.
