What is Continuous Open Recruitment?
After the end of Formal Recruitment, Continuous Open Recruitment (or COR) begins and continues throughout the rest of the academic year. COR is much more informal than Formal Recruitment. During COR, sororities invite potential new members to COR events. These events often include movie nights, themed gatherings, small philanthropic projects, social functions, or regular membership activities to which potential new members are invited.
