What is Continuing Studies’ policy on the distribution of personal information between instructors and students?
Continuing Studies will not distribute any instructor or student’s personal information to others. If it is necessary to contact another instructor, or a student, e-mail your request to Colleen Gryn at cgryn2@uwo.ca. Colleen will contact that person and either relay the message or provide them with your contact information (if granted permission). Instructors may give students their contact information. Students may provide instructors with their e-mail address as well. Sharing e-mail information might help the communication process if there are missed classes, or if there is information that instructors need to send to the students. If you need to send your class an e-mail, but do not have their contact information, you may contact us and we can send an e-mail out to the students for you.
