The NGE website contains all threads that are live. Gripes appearing in key forums are archived after a period of inactivity. The archive is not available to members. Members should store a copy of their posts for future reference if required. * Search does not include the Top 10/Top Gripes Forums as these posts are not archived but remain onsite. Posts in the Top 10/Top Gripes remain onsite indefinitely.
