What is considered to be sexual harassment?
Sexual harassment is similar to the definition of sexual abuse, except it involves employees, students or colleagues rather than patients. Sexual harassment violates other statutes such as the Human Rights Code and is also considered to be professional misconduct. The College will investigate such complaints to determine whether the member’s conduct was appropriate.
