What is considered to be a pre-existing health condition and does this program accept pets with pre-existing conditions?
A pre-existing condition is considered a non-chronic condition that your pet received treatment for within the previous six months. Illness or injury that existed prior to the effective date of the policy is not covered unless your pet has been symptom-free for a period of 180 days.
