What is considered Pre-Existing Conditions?
Any Injury, Illness or medical condition (s) which meets any of the following criteria will be considered as a Pre-Existing Condition (s): a) condition (s) that would have caused a person to seek medical advice, diagnosis, care or treatment prior to the Effective Date of coverage under the Policy; 2) condition (s) for which manifestation, medical advice, diagnosis, care or treatment was recommended, received, or noticed prior to the Effective Date of coverage under the Policy.
