A. The Fleetwood Memorial Foundation considers grants for death and injuries that are as a result of the hazardous nature of the duties of peace and fire personnel. “Line of Duty” does not automatically mean just “on duty”. No injuries considered normal Worker’s Compensation will be considered (such as; slip and fall not related to hazardous nature of the duty, strains from normal exercise and vehicle accidents not related to hazardous duties).
