What is considered in a parole decision?
When making a determination for parole, the PBPP considers factors such as input from you, the district attorney and sentencing judge. They also consider the facts of the crime and criminal history, institutional adjustment, recommendations from warden or Department of Corrections, and whether public safety can be achieved if the offender is release on parole.
