What is considered excessive barking?
When a dog barks or howls in excessive of five minutes and these occurrences are repeated on consecutive days this is considered excessive barking. We recommend you contact us first to have a warning issued to the offender and if the problem persists than you MUST fill out a barking log form to have a fine issued. An Officer will evaluate all barking log forms to determine if a fine is warranted based on your documentation.
