Eighteen or more semester hours for students in College of Liberal Arts and College of Science and Technology; nineteen or more semester hours in all other schools and colleges. To take an overload you need special approval of the Dean or Dean’s designee of the School or College in which you are matriculated. Check with your advisor for the proper procedure for approval. An additional per credit charge is levied for every credit over 17 credits.
