What is considered a passing score on the ITIL v3 Foundation certification exam and how is it presented?
A. The certification exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions with four possible correct answers. Only one answer is the correct one. A 60-minute time limit is allotted for this exam. You must achieve a score of 65% by answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly in order to pass. Our Exam Mode tests are modeled after the actual certification exam.
