What is considered a household?
A household, for the purposes of the High Rock Homeownership Program, means all persons regardless of age who intend to occupy the home as their primary residence, whether or not they are on the deed. Legally married couples shall be considered part of the household, even if separated. Children in a custodial arrangement shall be considered part of the household if they spend more than 50% of the year (183 days, including partial days) in the residence.
