I don’t see why you couldn’t! I really doubt that’d be considered a duplicate application if the submissions were from two different registered members. I think that’d only be a problem if they got two requests from the one account. One request each for each show from your account and one request for each show from your sister’s account is a great idea, increases your chances in a totally legit way!
