What is connection fee or surcharge or maintenance fee?
Surcharge is an extra charge deducted from your card every time you place a call. There are NO connection fees on any of our cards. When using a toll free number from a pay phone a $0.65 per call surcharge will apply. Application of surcharges and fees may have an effect of reducing total minutes on the card. Maintenance fees may apply. Semi monthly maintenance fees of $0.59 will be assessed after the first call. Calls placed to mobile telephones may be billed at a higher rate, 3 minute rounding. This card has no cash value and is non-refundable. Prices and fees are subject to change without notice. This is a periodic charge imposed by some cards and might happen if there is a residual value left on your account at the end of the period. It can be monthly, semi-monthly or weekly, starting from the day of your first use of the phone card. Pin number maintenance fee is the same as monthly charge.
