What is concrete resurfacing?
Concrete resurfacing is the application of a new concrete surface applied directly on top of an existing concrete surface. Until now, other than replacing the worn concrete, your only options were to paint or carpet the surface. This only looks good when they are first applied. This will slow down the deterioration process, extending the life of your concrete surface. What is an acceptable surface to be restored? The underlying concrete must be sound. It is not feasible to resurface concrete that is heaving, has severe cracks, or is damaged due to freeze and/or thawing. Resurfacing will not solve underlying soil problems.
