What is Concierge Services for non-in-house Elite members?
It is a new benefit for Elite members only, which gives them access to Shangri-La concierge services even when not staying as a guest. Elite Members can log in to your membership account at www.goldencircle.shangri-la.com, click on the “Concierge Phone Numbers” at “Member Services”, and click on the email sign right next to the respective Shangri-La hotels for the service.
