What is Computer Function Disabling?
The test delivery software disables certain computer functions in order to help ensure candidates take and pass the test by fair means, with no use of disallowed tools or information, and also to make sure that test content information cannot be captured and removed from the test room. Functions such as the following are disabled: • Print screen. • Saving data to the clipboard. • Switching to other programmes. • The Windows task bar.
