WHAT IS COMPULSIVE/PROBLEM GAMBLING?
According to the Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling, “The terms ‘problem’ and ‘disordered’ gambling are encompassing terms which refer to the full range of gambling problems, from mild to severe.
