Based on the overwhelming success of CommunityOne in San Francisco, Sun is expanding the scope of the Tech Days event originally scheduled for New York in early 2009 into a full CommunityOne conference. CommunityOne New York, like it’s San Francisco cousin, is an open developer conference where attendees can explore the increasing role communities play in the software industry, how open source technologies and the companies and communities that create them are increasingly interconnected, and how the power of community can and should play a role in next generation platforms.
