Columbia Basin Trust (CBT) was established by BC\’s provincial legislature in 1995. It is a unique organization, which works with the people of the Canadian Columbia River Basin to bring social, economic and environmental benefits to the region most affected by dam construction under the 1964 Columbia River Treaty.
