What is Colony Dry Cleaners damaged garment policy?
If, in a rare instance, you find a damaged item in your order, please contact us at 585-748-1501or contact us through the website as soon as possible. Upon receiving your damaged garment, we will send it to our dry cleaning facility for an analysis and then we will contact you within 5 business days to resolve the dispute with you. If we determine that we are responsible for the damage to your garment, Colony will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
