What is Colonial Candlecrafters return & exchange policy?
We value your patronage and are truly committed to your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item(s) is damaged in transit please contact us within 3 days. If you would like to return or exchange an item there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed on returned items. Please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging and let us know your new preference. (Of course, we cannot exchange “personalized” products, ie. wedding or memorial candles.) Send the original box via UPS (or bring to our bricks and mortar store). We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.
